Complimentary Worldwide Shipping
All Cyrene orders ship free, everywhere. No surprises at checkout.
Order Processing
Every order is inspected and packed by hand at our Shanghai studio. Please allow 3-5 business days for processing before dispatch. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order is on its way.
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order. Cyrene is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
If you need to update your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately at info@cyrenebyelsie.com. We will do our best to accommodate changes before dispatch, but cannot guarantee modifications once the order has been processed.
Delivery Estimates
Standard international shipping typically arrives within 15-20 calendar days after dispatch. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and local customs clearance.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For the majority of orders, no additional customs fees or import taxes will be charged upon delivery.
However, international shipments may occasionally be subject to customs inspections or import duties imposed by the destination country. These charges, if applied, are the responsibility of the buyer and are outside of our control. We recommend checking your local customs regulations if you have any concerns prior to ordering.
Please note: Cyrene is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
Tracking Your Order
Once dispatched, your tracking number will be sent via email. Please note that tracking updates may pause while your package is in international transit or clearing local customs — this is normal and not a cause for concern. Once through customs, your package will be handed to your local carrier (USPS in the US, Royal Mail in the UK, etc.) and tracking will resume.

In the rare event that a package is confirmed lost in transit, please contact us at info@cyrenebyelsie.com and we will work with you to find a resolution.
